Deep Tissue

For those suffering from chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, lower back tightness, and sore shoulders, then our deep tissue wil help alleviate pain and restore normal movement. We use slow, deep and more focused strokes to realign the deeperlayers of muscles and connective tissue.

Note: Please be aware that there may be some stiffness or pain during and afterwards, but should subside within a few days. Applying ice to the area is recommended.

Sports Massage

Hot Stone massage is a soothing and healing treatment, especially enjoyable in the cold Winter months. It is a speciality massage that uses smooth, heated, black volcanic stones that absorb and retain heat. The heat id deeply relaxing and creates a sense of balance and calm. This massage helps muscles release more quickly than traditional massage.

Prenatal Massage

Specifically designed for expectant mothers to help relieve common pregnancy discomforts such as swollen feet, and lower back tension. Pregnancy massage is very effective in increasing energy, reducing fluid retention, slowing the process of varicose veins, easing aches, pains and stress.

Aromatherapy

An aromatherapy massage combines the benefits of massage therapy using slow, gentle massage techniques combined with the use of essential oils. It can be an effective way of inducing relaxation, combating stress and ensuring continuation of good health. Essential oils can have many positive effects on the mind, body and spirit, which will give you an uplifting experience. You may choose your preferred oil from our selection. We currently carry lavender, peppermint and eucalyptus.
